Analysis shows that our modular building method and the measures we take with regard to circularity result in a fifty-percent reduction of our carbon emissions, compared to traditional building methods. Once our housing solutions have reached the end of their life cycle, we will reuse the materials for other purposes.

Standardisation allows us to conduct the on-site activities alongside the production of the residential modules. As a result, the realisation time of our housing solutions is thirty to fifty percent shorter than that of conventional construction methods – regardless of whether a project consists of just a few or several hundred residences.
